Bonnie Orden

Bonnie Orden has tried over 75 cases to verdict and maintains an outstanding trial record, including many high publicity cases. Bonnie is experienced in all aspects of attorneys’ investigative techniques and has supervisory experience of hundreds of employees. She is a member of multiple bar associations and is well-practiced in many areas of the law.

Bonnie’s decades-long career includes positions in scholastic, public, and private service, including as:

• Former Adjunct Professor of Law, Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, specializing in trial techniques for over 10 years
• Faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy
• Former Special Prosecutor for Westchester County
• Former Member of the Board of Education (1998-2004)
• Former NYC Administrative Law Judge (1990-1992)
• Former Associate Commissioner, NYC Department of Corrections (1987-1990)
• Former Deputy Inspector General, NYC Department of Investigations (1987)
• Former Senior Trial Prosecutor, Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office (Homicide and Sex Crimes Bureau 1981-1987)
